Your satisfaction is Four Hands Cleanings number one priority and we strive to provide a service we are proud of. We are always prepared for any cleaning requirements and will complete your requested tasks in a timely manner with detail and precision. We always begin by giving our customer's home a deep clean within 3 cleans. For the first clean, we deep clean the kitchen and bathrooms, and thoroughly clean the remaining areas of your home. For the second clean, we deep clean all living and sleeping areas, and thoroughly clean the kitchen and bathrooms. For the third clean, we deep clean the remaining areas of your home including baseboards, windows, deeper dusting and scrubbing! After your home has been through the first 3 cleans, we will then start your home on a rotating cleaning schedule of your choosing!
If snow is sticking to the ground, Four Hands Cleaning will reschedule your clean to ensure the safety of all our Cleaning Specialists.

We LOVE pets! We will treat them like our own - just guide us on how to make sure your pet feels safe and secure on cleaning days. For health reasons we have instructed our Cleaning Specialist to leave certain items and/or areas untouched; pet homes/beds, litter boxes, vomit, and/or fecal matter.
Payment is due on the day of service by credit card, check, or cash. Four Hands Cleaning Done Just Rite LLC reserves the right to raise prices at any time. We ask that you leave the payment out on the kitchen counter for the Cleaning Specialist to see. Overdue payments are subject to a $25 late fee.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule, it needs to be within 48 hours prior to your cleaning day, otherwise a $25 fee will be added to your next clean. If it is within 24 hours or less, a $50 fee will be added to your next clean. When cleaning days need to be canceled or skipped, it will take our Cleaning Specialists longer to complete your next cleaning. This increase is to allow for that additional time. While we do not typically bill by the hour, we do look for a certain hourly range, and changing the frequency of cleaning affects our time.
If you have valuables or heirlooms, including but not limited to any irreplaceable, collectible or expensive objects, it’s preferred that these items be secure and put away to avoid potential accidents. You are responsible for letting us know of any valuables that you prefer we not clean or handle. Please secure jewelry, money, credit cards, and checkbooks. We are not responsible for missing items that have not been locked/secured for safekeeping. If there is an item that is believed to be missing, it must be reported to us within 24 hours from the completion of the service in efforts to properly investigate the issue.
Our Cleaning Specialists are very important to us. We take extra precautions to keep them safe and healthy, so they will not:
