Yes! Four Hands Cleaning is bonded and insured for your protection and ours.
We ask that you please pick things up off the floor and declutter counters and surfaces, within reason. This allows your Cleaning Specialist to focus on cleaning the majority of the space. Please clear your sink and counters of any dirty dishes to the best of your ability. Your Cleaning Specialist will be happy to move a few dirty dishes out of the way to clean the sink. After the sink is cleaned, they will place them back where they found them. If you have selected the add on for us to change bed linens, please leave them out on the bed that is to be changed. Our cleaners will place the dirty linens neatly in the laundry room, or other area if specified.
We are a very pet friendly company! Our Cleaning Specialist enjoy meeting your pets! Most customers choose to leave them in a kennel, or a room that we do not clean. If you have any special instructions or requests for your pets while we are in your home, please let us know when discussing your first clean!
Four Hands Cleaning provides the necessary supplies and equipment to complete your home cleaning. If there are certain items or products that you would like to use, please let us know at the time of scheduling and provide the items/products with notes for the Cleaning Specialist, and we would be happy to use them.
